Customer Growth Manager (m/w/d)
Candis GmbH, a leading fintech company in Berlin, is seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on upselling to existing customers, leveraging AI tools for efficient sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning conversations about money into win-win situations, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct live demos to showcase potential improvements to clients
- Focus solely on growth without dealing with churn cases or support
- Utilize AI and our new Autopilot service to enhance sales strategies
Requirements
- Vertriebserfahrung: Proven sales experience
- Erfahrung mit Live-Demos: Experience conducting live product demos
- Verhandlungsgeschick: Strong negotiation skills, especially regarding pricing and value
- Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit: Ability to take ownership and make decisions independently
- Charme und Empathie: Charisma and empathy to engage with diverse clients
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau: Native-level German proficiency
- fließendes Englisch: Fluent English proficiency
