About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive engagement and loyalty. This position will be based in ExampleCorp's headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Design and oversee the execution of customer research projects
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets for customer marketing initiatives
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional planning and execution
- Plan and execute customer events and tradeshows
- Develop and manage customer communications, including email, social media, and website content
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
