Customer Sales Advisor – No Cold Calling, Mon–Fri

About the Position

Join our team as a Customer Sales Advisor with no cold calling, working Mon–Fri in Dublin 12, IE. Enjoy a €29k base salary, uncapped commission, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Making warm calls to existing members with tailored offers
• Spotting the fit and cross-selling across broadband, mobile, and energy
• Looking after renewals and growing the existing customer base
• Working on targeted campaigns with a supportive team behind you

Requirements

• Sales experience from telesales, a contact centre, or retail
• Telecoms or broadband experience is a bonus
• Friendly, confident communicators who are good with people
• Team players who'll get stuck in

We Offer

• €29,000 base salary, rising to €30k after year one and €31k after year two
• Uncapped commission
• A 6-week ramp-up, so you learn the products before full targets kick in
• 9–5 hours with no evenings or weekends
