Customer Service Representative/ or Technical and Sales Support – English speakers in Portugal

About the Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative or Technical and Sales Support for our international team in Portugal. Fluency in English is required. This is an ongoing role with opportunities for training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Answer to customer queries and requests in a simple way, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience.
• Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1 Level accent-free or Native)
• Customer support profile
• Good computer skills
• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 10 pm (schedules depend on the project), with 2 days off per week
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Good time management skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Immediate availability
