About the Position
Customer Service Support – Multilingual (German/Scandinavian)
Due to increased demand, we are expanding our Customer Service Support team and looking for motivated agents to join us as soon as possible. If you enjoy working with customers and thrive in an international environment, we’d like to hear from you.
Mandate contract (UZ)
45 PLN/h brutto
Remote
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line customer support via email, chat, and/or phone
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate more complex issues when needed
- Ensure high-quality service and timely responses
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the following: German, or a Scandinavian language
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer support is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn processes and tools
Contract Details
- German-speaking role: approx. 0.75 FTE, planned for 1 year, start ASAP
- Scandinavian-speaking role: temporary assignment until the end of summer
- Flexible cooperation model depending on availability
