About the Position
Customer Service with German
Are you fluent in German and enjoy speaking it? Are you looking for a work-from-home position with a flexible start date and training provided? Can you adapt to shift work, particularly afternoon and weekend shifts? We have an exciting job opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming phone calls from customers
- Answering their questions and resolving their concerns regarding orders (returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods)
- Addressing issues related to customer accounts and invoices
If you've never done anything like this before, don't worry, we'll be happy to teach you everything.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in German are a prerequisite.
- A pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using a computer, eagerness to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to a new environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends (the weekly working hours are 38.75 hours). Part-time positions are also available.
