About the Position
Customer Success – Analytics & Insights Intern
NielsenIQ’s Customer Success team places our clients at the center of everything we do. As part of the Analytics & Insights team, you will support in delivering high-quality retail measurement insights and business analyses that help Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) clients across Asia make smarter decisions.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to building client presentations, working with retail measurement data, and learning how insights translate into business impact. You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and gain practical skills in analytics, storytelling, and client engagement.
Responsibilities

Presentation Development for Clients
- Support the Customer Success & Consulting team by building, structuring, and polishing presentations for Indonesia-based clients.
- Turn data findings into clear charts, visuals, and key takeaways.

Insights & Analytics Support
- Assist in preparing performance overview decks, category snapshots, and data analysis for clients.
- Summarize key business issues and consumer trends using NIQ data sources.

Tools & Solutions Learning
- Develop working knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Services (RMS) and related solutions.
- Learn how to interpret data tables, derive insights, and structure simple analyses.

Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Success Executive to support client-related workstreams.
- Assist with preparation for client meetings, internal reviews, and marketplace updates.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in deliverables.
- Take ownership of small tasks and solve minor problems independently before escalating.
- Contribute to improving internal templates, workflows, and documentation.
Requirements

Internship Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in analytics, insights, or market research.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and logically.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work collaboratively in a virtual and multicultural team environment.

Internship Details:
- Start Date: 1 September
- Duration: Minimum 3 months
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid
- Must be able to fully commit to the internship, with no classes during working hours.
