Customer Success Manager - Africa (English Speaker)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will represent the long-lasting commercial point of contact for all your customers. Join our amazing team of account managers today. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Africa
• Analyze and understand your clients' IT projects in depth: you will be their Odoo sales expert!
• Identify potential future sales: increase the use of your customers' software by offering them the best package available from Odoo
• Present the product (new applications, features) and new versions to end users
• Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly subscriptions to multi-year subscriptions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business
• Strong Business knowledge and curiosity
• Genuine interest in software products
• Fluent in English and/or Kiswahili
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills
• Work permit for Kenya (if applicable)

Nice to Have

• Result-oriented and outgoing personality
• Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy
• Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software
• Work hard/play hard attitude
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working with African countries
• Knowledge of Swahili or any regional or international language
