About the Role

By joining the Customer Success team, you will ensure the retention and development of a B2B client portfolio.

Your goal: maximize client satisfaction, limit churn, and develop client value through personalized support and targeted upsell/cross-sell actions.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage a client portfolio: follow-up, reminders, onboarding, reactivation.
• Analyze usage and anticipate decreases in activity.
• Respect deadlines in task processing (triggers from the CRM).
• Identify upsell opportunities according to defined pricing grids.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Actively participate in a collaborative team dynamic.

Your Profile

• You have an excellent sense of customer relations and satisfaction.
• You possess a business-oriented mindset and are motivated by the growth of a client portfolio.
• You are versatile.
• You are comfortable on the phone and in writing.
• You know how to analyze usage data and prioritize actions.
• You are comfortable with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of the B2B transport universe and proficiency in English are a real plus.
