About the Position

Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Tabby in Cairo, Egypt. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and can communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Support our customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic
Answer questions, solve problems, and ensure customers have a good experience
Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly

Requirements

Fluent in both English (B2 level or above) and Arabic (Native level)
Comfortable with rotational shifts and working from the office
Helpful, calm under pressure, quick to learn, and take your work seriously

We Offer

Base salary: 18,000 EGP gross (around 13,320 EGP net)
Language allowance: up to 7,000 EGP gross (around 4,250 EGP net) based on English & Arabic level
Performance bonus: up to 70% of your base salary
Transportation Allowance: 230 EGP per day
Paid training: 3 weeks in the office
Nesting period: 3 weeks handling real customer cases while receiving close support

Top performers can earn up to 37,600 EGP gross (around 27,824 EGP net), excluding the transport allowance.
