About the Position

Deligo is a leader in visual AI self-checkout for the convenience retail industry, trusted by global brands like Compass, Sodexo, Marks & Spencer, and Spar. We build advanced visual AI to recognize food and retail items instantly, providing a magical experience that saves time standing in checkout lines.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join Deligo's Operations experts. As a member of the team, you will provide expert assistance to our customers, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction with our product.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via different interfaces like live chat, email, online meetings, and phone calls
  • Travel to our clients' locations abroad to lead and deliver deployments onsite at our customers' facilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalate if required
  • Assist customers with setup and configuration
  • Document and track customer interactions and solutions
  • Execute scheduled (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) reporting activities
  • Improve our AI success results through data analysis and enhancement
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer or sales support role
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • German language skills are a significant advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates technical savvy in addressing complex issues, with a particular interest in AI tools
  • Genuine flexibility to travel (around 20-30% of the time to our clients, mainly across the EU, UK, and US) - comfortable with occasional onsite deployment work, sometimes involving early starts, late finishes, or overnight travel
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift coverage between 8:00–18:00, as well as participating in an on-call rotation a few times a month outside of core hours
