CVM Manager

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement campaigns aimed at retaining and growing the customer base.
• Prepare Communication Materials: Create materials for various channels, considering their specifics and target audience.
• Define Target Segments: Identify target segments for product sales.
• Analyze Campaign Effectiveness: Conduct A/B tests to determine the best customer offers.
• Participate in Cross-Functional Projects: Engage in company-wide projects and manage independent projects.
• Create New Tariffs and Services: Develop new offerings aimed at customer retention and growth.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in analytics or marketing.
• Knowledge: Understanding of mobile communication technologies and market conditions.
• Education: Higher economic/mathematical education.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Language: English proficiency at the Intermediate level.
• Abilities: Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, teamwork skills, high communication skills, initiative, openness, honesty, and creativity.
