About the Position

CyberCX - Cloud Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join CyberCX, part of Accenture, to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud services. In this role, you’ll work across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, providing operational support, resolving incidents, and helping customers get the most from their cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain customer cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, including incident resolution, service requests, and escalations
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements
• Monitor cloud environments for availability, performance, and security
• Help ensure cloud environments align with security best practices and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings
• Use Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Python
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver strong service outcomes
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and knowledge base documentation
• Participate in an on-call roster in line with company policy

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or Google Cloud
• Experience delivering cloud support or cloud services in a Managed Services environment
• Understanding of incident management, service monitoring, and SLA-driven support
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM, encryption, firewalls, and multi-cloud security practices
• Experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams
