About the Position

CyberCX - Senior Manager - GRC

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team at CyberCX, part of Accenture. This role is pivotal in leading sizable security teams and delivering complex cybersecurity projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify and manage security risks effectively.
• Lead teams to deliver complex cybersecurity projects in the GRC domain.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues and solutions.
• Support GRC Leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships through strategic support.
• Demonstrate alignment with CyberCX values and actively collaborate across the business.
• Facilitate communication and partnerships to better engage and service customers.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information, Communications & Technology.
• Hold or held one or more major security certifications (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Project, Visio).
• Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and organized.
• Diploma or higher level tertiary qualification in Information, Communications & Technology or related fields.
