About the Position
Czech Travel Advisor | Athens, Greece
At the moment, Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent Czech speakers to work in the tourism sector for a top hospitality brand in the world. Are you interested in moving abroad?
Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, your role will include:
- Responding and recording consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Ensuring client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy;
- Ensuring all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
- Troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Native or Fluent Czech
- Good level of English, C1
- Writing speed: 20 words per minute
- Active Listening
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
