About the Position
We are seeking a Data Analysis Specialist with strong experience in data import flows and mapping, skilled in business requirements analysis and translation into system features. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, enabling clarity for the development teams. Strong English language skills (both oral and written) and an Agile mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and understand data import flows and data exchange.
- Apply basics of data mapping.
- Translate business requirements into system features.
- Communicate and document effectively with development teams.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN knowledge.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Import.
- Experience with Data Mapping.
- Strong skills in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Excellent Communication and Documentation skills.
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt to fast changes.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Education
- Bachelor in Web engineering, digital systems, network, and computing.
