About the Position
As a Data Analyst working as part of a cross-functional development team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, actionable data insights from a network of over 300,000 devices across the globe.
In this role, you’ll engage in analyzing large datasets to identify and rectify quality issues, continually monitor and optimize data pipelines, and implement robust quality control measures. You'll also contribute to automation efforts to streamline data processing, enhancing our team’s efficiency and the quality of our deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of large-scale datasets
- Analyze data to identify anomalies, trends, and quality issues, and propose solutions
- Support the implementation and maintenance of data quality checks and validation processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliable data flow and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to address data-related challenges
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track data quality and key metrics
- Contribute to automation efforts that improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling
- Document data processes, definitions, and quality standards
Requirements
- Solid experience with SQL and Python
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or related roles
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to work
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent level of English language, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Exposure to big data tools such as AWS Athena, Apache Spark, or similar
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of data pipeline monitoring and optimization
- Experience with data quality frameworks or testing approaches
- Agile development in general and scaling agile frameworks like Less or SAFe in particular
We Offer
- Compensation: €21,700 to €32,500 gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
