Data Analyst

Location: Tay Ninh, Vietnam

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support internal audits, automate processes, and enhance data transparency across our global sites.

Responsibilities

Data Audit & Governance

• Support the Regional Auditor in executing internal audits across sites.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity across sites.
• Maintain clear documentation and governance of automation tools, data flow, and audit processes.

Process Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Design and implement automation workflows that streamline data collection, reporting, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Commercial, Finance) to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Partner with the ELS team to deliver and sustain regional improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards (OEE, scrap, downtime, delivery).
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI, or Looker) that provide real-time clarity on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support leaders in using KPI data for decision-making.

Metrics & Performance Analysis

• Drive initiatives that enhance data transparency and system efficiency across the organization.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and respond to special requests from management to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor or College degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the manufacturing or production industry.
• Familiarity with Google APIs and Power Query is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, BigQuery.
• Proven experience in process automation, data analytics, or workflow optimization.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia) to support audit and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
