About the Position
We are seeking an Entry Level Data Analyst - AML for a Retail AML/Transaction Monitoring role in Orlando, FL. This role focuses on transaction monitoring and compliance. Training will be provided on “Transaction Monitoring”.
Responsibilities
- Work flexibly in a centralized, high-performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal and external clients.
- Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining schedules, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Support the review of data across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operation regulatory risk.
- Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and help resolve project issues with the support of the Senior Analyst or above.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience preferred within financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Intermediate understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes.
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams.
- Adaptable and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Preference for Accounting & Finance roles, with a focus on financial analysis, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and general finance support.
