Data Analyst (Collection)

We are seeking a Data Analyst for our innovative bank in Kyiv, focusing on debt analysis and algorithm optimization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality segmentation of problem debt and support the operation of automatic distribution algorithms in bank systems
• Form data samples and automate processes for transferring assets to outsourcing, sales, or own debt collection processes
• Daily monitoring of the correctness of debt distribution and routing in relevant software complexes (PC)
• Participate in the coordination of individual credit assignments to bank processes within "expert solutions"
• Create analytical reports to evaluate the effectiveness of existing asset distribution algorithms and find points for their optimization

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• 1.5+ years of experience with SQL
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, Redshift
• Practical experience working with large datasets and portfolio segmentation, experience in building analytical reports
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
