We are looking for a Data Analyst who is ready for a challenge. This isn't just about reporting; it's about understanding user behavior at scale and finding the "why" behind the numbers. If you want to work in a fast-paced environment where your ideas turn into features, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Find patterns in user behavior at all stages of the lifecycle
- Build statistical models to predict conversion, retention, feature usage, and other key metrics
- Build a recommendation engine to help users match with the best content
- Support marketing, content, product, and development teams by conducting ad hoc analysis
- Contribute to engineering/improving data pipelines
Requirements
- Knowledge of general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Academic background in mathematics/statistics/computer science
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Passion for Data Science
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
- Knowledge of economics is a plus
