About the Position

We are seeking a Data Analyst (m/w/d) AI & Automatisierung for our Travel division in Augsburg, Germany. This role focuses on leveraging AI for automation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Utilize modern AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT for analysis, automation, and developing efficient solutions.
• Analyze and visualize data using tools like Tableau and Grafana, deriving actionable insights.
• Develop pragmatic solutions for continuous process optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with IT teams and external partners.
• Apply analytical thinking to understand complex relationships and derive concrete recommendations from data.

Requirements

• Education: A degree with a quantitative or technical focus, such as Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, or similar.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Data Science, Python, Tableau, Grafana, and AI.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly understand complex relationships and derive actionable insights from data.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with IT teams and external partners.
