A year ago, we became part of an IT holding and are actively growing and scaling, especially in the WebDev sector. Our strategic goal is to enter the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50%. Currently, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and grow with us!

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for maintaining and developing analytical reporting (supporting existing and developing new reports using BI tools such as Tableau).
• You will prepare analytical reports for individual clients based on their internal data to identify growth points.
• You will optimize and automate statistical processes and tasks.
• You will prepare, control, and analyze project dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience with similar responsibilities for at least 1 year.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (understanding of aggregations, filtering, and query structure).
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for analysis.
• Experience with Cloud platforms.
• Understanding of statistical analysis principles.

• Flexible working hours: You will finish depending on the start of your workday: 8-hour workday from Mon-Fri from 8:00 − 10:00 to 17:00 − 19:00, lunch break at any time and not regulated, as the main thing for us is quality work and completed tasks, not the number of hours worked.

Two charitable foundations operate on the company's base, specializing in the rehabilitation of military personnel and assistance to children of military personnel and those affected by hostilities. Our company fully provides the administrative activities of these foundations and allocates funds for their main goals.

We regularly purchase FPV drones and supply our defenders with cars. This year, we decided to expand our support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and began investing in military startups engaged in the production of attack drones, as this direction is one of the most priority for our armed forces.
