Buscamos un Data & AI Infrastructure Engineer altamente calificado para diseñar, optimizar y mantener nuestra infraestructura de datos de próxima generación. En este rol, serás pieza clave en la automatización de flujos de información y en la configuración de entornos avanzados (MCP) para potenciar modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y agentes inteligentes. Si te apasiona la eficiencia en la nube, el rendimiento a gran escala y la arquitectura de datos robusta, ¡este desafío es para ti!

Responsibilities

• Ingeniería & Pipelines: Desarrollar, automatizar y mantener flujos de ingesta de datos (ETL/ELT).
• Infraestructura para IA: Configurar servidores y herramientas de Model Context Protocol (MCP) para la contextualización de LLMs, además de implementar bases de datos vectoriales para el soporte de agentes inteligentes.
• Optimización & Rendimiento: Realizar tuning de rendimiento en consultas SQL y procesos distribuidos (Spark / Dataflow).
• Gestión Cloud: Monitorear la facturación de servicios en la nube y proponer estrategias de optimización de costos.
• Gobierno & Integración: Asegurar la integración de APIs y microservicios de datos, documentando la arquitectura de servicios y los diccionarios técnicos correspondientes.

Requirements

• Educación: Profesional graduado en Estadística, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Matemáticas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
• Formación Complementaria: Deseable posgrado, especialización o diplomado en Ciencia de Datos, Analítica o Gestión de la Información.
• Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en análisis de datos, modelado, visualización y manejo avanzado de herramientas de BI (Business Intelligence).
