About the Position
We are seeking a highly professional, client-facing Data and AI Solution Architect to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced data (Databricks-based data lake, data migration, and semantic data layer creation) and AI solutions for enterprise clients (Agentic AI for the client, A-SDLC). The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in cloud, data, and GenAI technologies, with a proven track record in architecting scalable, enterprise-wide, distributed applications across cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of data and AI solutions leveraging Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks, and GenAI platforms
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative data management and analytics platforms, including data lakes and distributed systems
- Integrate advanced AI technologies (Copilot, Claude, GenAI) into business workflows for automation, analytics, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, product managers, data scientists, engineers, client business and technical stakeholders, including the client's top management) to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Provide technical leadership, governance, mentorship, and architectural guidance across multiple project streams and teams
- Drive data governance, strategy, and process improvements to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance
- Document architectural decisions, workflows, and implementation guidelines for enterprise data and AI platforms
- Advise clients on platform decentralization, operations models, and enterprise data product protocols
- Contribute to presales activities, including proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, and business/technical assessments
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in data and AI architecture, design, and implementation
- Expertise in Azure, MS Fabric, and Databricks
- Background in data lakes and distributed scalable applications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Knowledge of GenAI, Copilot, and Claude, along with familiarity with AI agent frameworks
- Experience with data governance, analytics, as well as CRM and ERP systems
- Familiarity with the manufacturing domain
- Proven capability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic advisory on data and AI platform evolution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in cloud-based environments
- Proficient communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for Data and AI/ML projects
- Experience with Power BI, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory
- Claude's professional certification
