About the Position
We are currently seeking a Data Architect for our client, an international leader in the FinTech sector, based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining the Enterprise Data Model
- Designing data integration and migration methods
- Optimizing new and current data systems
- Identifying structural database needs based on client operations, applications, and programming assessments
- Preparing reports on database design and architecture for management and executive teams
- Translating licensing requirements into technical solutions
- Analyzing and documenting business processes, system architecture, and business/functional requirements
- Creating data standards, structures, and managing data
- Designing integration architecture including: data flow between applications, process flow, and ETL integrations
- Documenting and designing the data consumption layer, including defining reports, interfaces, and Rest API architecture
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Analyst/Systems, or related field
- Excellent understanding of database structure principles
- Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Knowledge of data exploration and segmentation techniques
- Very good knowledge of SQL and Oracle
- Knowledge of database tuning
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Experience in mapping/documenting business processes, developing use cases, documenting system architecture, and creating conceptual and context diagrams
- Practical experience with Enterprise Architect or a similar UML modeling tool
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

- Knowledge of big data tools such as Kafka, Spark, MongoDB
