About the Position

NielsenIQ is seeking a Data Coordinator Project Associate with a preference for Vietnam market experience to support our DA Delivery and Operations teams. This role ensures high standards of project data quality, operational governance, and process execution across multiple countries and services. The objective includes data validation, query management, issue resolution activities, improving process compliance, and supporting automation initiatives that reduce manual intervention and improve project execution consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Support project setup, tracking, and status reporting activities.
  • Maintain project trackers, KPI reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Perform basic data validation and quality checks to identify and escalate issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on project queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with Delivery, Validation, Commercial, and other teams to support project execution.
  • Prepare and share regular reports, updates, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and automation testing.
  • Ensure compliance with established SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Assist in testing and validating new reporting tools, automated solutions, and operational controls before deployment.
  • Promote adherence to established processes, quality standards, and best practices within project teams.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, reporting, or market research.
  • Experience working in a multi-country or regional support environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable working with data, performing data validation, and preparing reports to support project monitoring and decision-making.
  • Ability to perform data validation and basic analysis.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Vietnamese language (preferred); proficiency in multi-country languages is an advantage. (Candidate with Vietnam market experience is welcome)
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, or standardization initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to contribute ideas for automation and workflow enhancements that improve productivity and data quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to support issue resolution activities and contribute to preventive process improvements.
