About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Python and SQL to join our team in North Chicago, Illinois. You will be responsible for managing data structures and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create data structures in databases and workflows for online data.
- Work with APIs and triggers from AWS EC2 to query, compute, and write data back to databases.
- Build/model registry, inventory, ontology, and model performance metrics.
- Support ingestion of AI/ML model results, affinity predictions, multiparametric optimization calculations, and scientific computation outputs.
- Support containerization and model deployment.
- Provide documentation and potentially training to support internal containerization efforts.
