About the Position

Mit unserem dualen Studien- und Ausbildungsangebot bereiten wir Dich optimal darauf vor, bei uns als Expert:in Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Während Deiner Praxisstationen erhältst Du Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche und kannst so herausfinden, wie es für Dich anschließend weitergehen soll. Die Übernahme Deiner Schul- und Studiengebühren, eine angemessene Vergütung sowie weitere zusätzliche Leistungen (IT-Seminare, Semesterticket …) sind für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Ein Studium und eine Ausbildung bestehen natürlich auch aus Theorie. Aber bei ORDIX kommt auch noch eine Menge Praxis dazu. Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit Daten und willst wissen, wie sie in echten Kundenprojekten zum Laufen kommen? Bei uns arbeitest Du an Datenlösungen vom Data Warehouse bis zum Lakehouse mit, lernst viele Technologien von Open Source bis Cloud kennen und wächst Projekt für Projekt in die Rolle als Berater:in hinein, an der Seite erfahrender Kolleg:innen.

What You'll Do

• Develop data solutions on modern platforms, from Data Warehouse to Lakehouse
• Build data integration and processing pipelines and prepare data for BI reporting and AI use cases
• Work with platforms like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Cloudera, or Stackable and get to know many technologies
• Implement data models, ensure tests, data quality, and documentation
• Work closely with experienced colleagues, customers, and subject areas in an agile team
• Develop further through seminars and certifications

Your Perspective:

Development to Senior Data Engineer, accompanied by seminars and certifications.

Requirements

• Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, erste Berufserfahrung im Data Engineering
• Gute SQL-Kenntnisse und Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise Python
• Grundlagen in Data Warehouse, Datenmodellierung und Datenintegration
• Erste Erfahrung mit einem Integrations-Tool oder einer Datenplattform (z. B. dbt, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
• Neugier, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden
• Deutsch C1 und gutes Englisch

Von Vorteil:

• Erste Erfahrung mit Apache Spark, Git und Docker
• Scrum, Zertifizierung für eine Daten- oder Cloud-Plattform
• Branchenkenntnis in Banken, Versicherungen oder Behörden
