About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team. In this position, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering advanced data-driven solutions that tackle complex business challenges. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will help build modern AI-powered products and foster innovation throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop data science solutions that support core business goals and strategic programs
- Construct, train, and assess machine learning and AI models to address real-world scenarios
- Investigate, cleanse, and prepare large datasets to support accurate analysis and modeling
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Roll out models into production while safeguarding scalability, reliability, and performance
- Track model behavior and continuously refine solutions based on fresh data and feedback
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Help shape best practices, coding standards, and reusable components across the team
- Keep pace with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science to bring fresh ideas into projects
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar field
- Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted development and productivity gains
- Solid programming abilities in Python, Java, and SQL for creating data pipelines, models, and analytical tools
- Strong background in AI and NLP modeling to build language-focused and predictive solutions
- Hands-on skills in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for developing sophisticated LLM-based applications
- Real-world experience with at least one leading cloud platform, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, for deploying and operating data science solutions
- Background in Development Workflow Automation to accelerate model development, testing, and release processes
- Familiarity with Context Window Management and Cost Optimization strategies when working with large language models
- Working knowledge of Agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban to support efficient collaboration and delivery
- Basic Excel skills for data exploration, quick analysis, and reporting tasks
- Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible Governance to promote fair, transparent, and compliant AI solutions
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
