About the Position

Data Scientist Manager / Senior Manager | Marketing Analytics

Accenture is seeking a profile oriented towards Marketing Analytics with solid functional knowledge of Marketing, Customer Analytics, and Customer Experience. This role is capable of generating business value through Machine Learning models, Marketing Measurement, Customer Intelligence, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.

This is an analytical profile with the ability to transform marketing challenges into data-driven solutions, interpret results, and generate actionable recommendations for Marketing, Brand, Media, CRM, and Customer Experience teams.

The role requires understanding the entire lifecycle of an analytical solution, from data acquisition and preparation to model implementation and business impact generation.

Responsibilities

• Translate Marketing and Customer Experience challenges into data-driven analytical solutions.
• Design, develop, and validate predictive and Machine Learning models.
• Work on use cases such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Churn, Segmentation, Propensity Models, and Next Best Action / Next Best Offer.
• Participate in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Attribution, and Marketing Measurement initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and customer journeys.
• Design dashboards, KPIs, and insights for Marketing, CRM, and Customer Experience teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Explore and implement use cases of Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

Essential

• Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Experience in Python and SQL.
• Experience developing Customer Analytics or Marketing Analytics models.
• Knowledge of the complete model development lifecycle.
• Experience working with customer, marketing, or campaign data.
• Advanced English.
