We are looking for a Data Scientist (Python Ecosystem) to join a global leader in the building materials industry. This role is pivotal in driving the company's digital transformation through AI and automation, enhancing efficiency in both production and back-office operations.

Key Focus Areas

• Smart Production & Automation:

  • Autonomous operation of heavy machinery and cement plants
  • AI-driven lab testing and quality control
  • Remote monitoring systems with predictive maintenance

• Intelligent Planning & Logistics:

  • Automated decision-making in order management, dispatch, and supply chain optimization
  • Forecast-based production planning for improved efficiency

• AI-Powered Back-Office Solutions:

  • Automation of administrative workflows across sales, order processing, and logistics
  • AI-driven support for repetitive tasks to streamline operations

Additionally, the company is enhancing document classification with automated email sorting, intelligent tagging, and topic identification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI and machine learning models

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Expertise in time series forecasting
  • Knowledge of anomaly detection
  • Experience with computer vision

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure and Databricks
• Experience with C# and TypeScript
