About the Project
We are looking for a Data Scientist who combines solid statistical and econometric foundations with a practical approach to predictive modeling and causal inference. The project is being implemented for a major client in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Building and interpreting econometric models (e.g., OLS, log-log models, generalized linear models)
- Demand modeling using machine learning methods such as XGBoost or LightGBM
- Analyzing time series, considering seasonality, trends, and calendar effects
- Interpreting and processing data on sales, prices, promotions, and competitor data
- Monitoring the performance of machine learning models and adapting them to changing business conditions
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, ML libraries) in data analysis and modeling
- Experience working with large datasets, including using SQL
- Solid knowledge of statistics and machine learning
- Ability to translate analysis results into concrete and valuable business recommendations
- Experience in AI/LLM is a plus
