Database Administrator

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage product data within Agile PLM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud Fusion. This role is only open to Stamp 4, EU, or Irish citizens.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Enter approved product attributes, classifications, product hierarchy values, lifecycle phases, and organization assignments.
• Create and update revisions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from approved source documentation.
• Maintain approved manufacturer or supplier information and controlled product documents or attachments, where applicable.
• Support product data alignment, cleansing, and migration activities between systems.
• Perform basic completeness and accuracy checks against approved source information.
• Record completed transactions and update assigned status trackers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration, or comparable data-entry experience.
• Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS, and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH.
• Experience maintaining item data, BOMs, revisions, product attributes, or supporting documentation.
• Experience working within a controlled change management environment is preferred.
