Responsibilities

Manage and maintain databases including Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL.
Administer Linux, Unix, and Windows Server environments.
Expertise in Oracle Real Applications Clusters (Oracle RAC), Recovery Manager (RMAN), Bash, PowerShell, Python, pgAdmin, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Perform performance tuning using SQL Tuning Advisor, AWR, and execution plans.
Script automation via bash, cron, PowerShell, and Python.
Ensure data security with pg_dump/pg_restore, pgAdmin, vacuum, scram-sha-256/SSL security.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
Fluency in English (B2 Level).
Availability for a hybrid model, 1x/week, based in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga.
Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
