About the Position
We are currently seeking a Database Developer for our client, a leading international software company specializing in IT solutions for various industries including publishing, public administration, and healthcare. This role is based in Warszawa, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining applications in the MS SQL environment, including ETL scripts using SSIS
- Ensuring the performance, security, and availability of databases
- Managing database procedures such as updates, backups, and recovery
- Optimizing server resource usage
- Preparing technical documentation and specifications
- Collaborating with business partners at various organizational levels
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Developer
- Practical knowledge of MS SQL Server and version control tools
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing SQL statements
- Familiarity with best practices for relational databases
- Fluency in English for internal client collaboration
- Knowledge of AWS cloud and Python is a plus
