Day Shift Transport Clerk

About the Position

We are seeking a Day Shift Transport Clerk for a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution based in Donabate, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers, vehicles, and paperwork
• Check driver tacho and working hours
• Verify return documentation
• Follow up on delivery issues
• Manage vehicle keys and bay assignments
• Carry out ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ideally previous transport office experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Pay

• Day clerk duties – €17.05 per hour

Shift Times

• Day shift – 07:00 - 19:00
• 4 on / 4 off roster
