About the Position
Are you ready to take ownership of high-impact projects and play a pivotal role at the intersection of service delivery, logistics, and client communication? We’re looking for a structured, proactive, and multilingual professional to join our growing team in Cairo as a Delivery and Project Management Specialist!
Location: Cairo – (New Cairo) – Hybrid working model – 3 days / week office – 2 days remote
About the customer: Our client is a specialized software provider serving the furniture and kitchen retail industry. It offers tailored ERP solutions, advanced 3D planning tools, and IT infrastructure services designed to meet the needs of mid-sized retailers. With a strong presence in the DACH region, the company supports its clients in navigating digital transformation while maintaining deep industry expertise. As part of a larger software group, it combines vertical specialization with the backing of a broader strategic network.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the organizational follow-up of TS orders
- Plan and control project timelines and deliverables
- Develop and maintain processing and shipping schedules
- Oversee and optimize material flow
- Generate and manage service invoices
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and teams
Requirements & Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Experience in logistics, order processing, or service coordination
- Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
