Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
Embed within delivery teams to support planning, execution, and transparency
Define delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders
Track progress and provide regular updates on delivery status

Agile Delivery

Champion Agile ways of working across delivery teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Support teams in applying Agile principles in a pragmatic, outcome-focused way

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working
Use delivery metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement
Support teams through change as part of a wider transformation

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with delivery stakeholders
Manage expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication
Act as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries

Risk & Dependency Management

Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and dependencies
Define and implement mitigation strategies
Escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution

Requirements

3+ years' experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles
Strong experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Structured, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused approach to delivery
Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have

Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
Project Management and/or Agile certifications
