About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with Account Management experience to join our team and manage existing accounts. If you successfully implement strategic initiatives, are not afraid of challenging tasks, are able to work at a high pace, and are willing to take ownership of the accounts you manage - we are looking forward to meeting you.

About the Project

In this role, you will be fully responsible for delivering and managing your portfolio of projects and accounts, as well as a team of project managers working alongside you. You will communicate with the CEO and VPO, report to a Delivery Director, and closely work with your peers – Delivery Managers and Unit Managers, to build and sustain your portfolio.

Responsibilities

Identify and fulfill client’s needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements
Portfolio management and development
Build a trustful and strong relationship with the client
Acting as the first point of escalation for clients
Leveraging between client and team to ensure business value and expectations are clear and the delivered solution meets them
PMs management
Development and execution of quarterly budgets to meet targeted GPM
Participation in salary and performance review
Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting company products and services (Up-sale/cross-sale)
Ensure the delivery happens on time and within budget
Final decision about team composition acceptance
Increase client and team’s satisfaction
Negotiating contracts and agreements

Requirements

Practical experience:

5+ years in Delivery Management in IT service companies
Portfolio management (3+ clients simultaneously)
Pre-sales and estimates
Proactive up-sales
PMs' mentoring and growing
KPI Management (develop and cascade, bring it to your team)
Business negotiations with budget owners and other stakeholders
Experience in Account Management is highly valuable

Also, we expect:

Excellent SDLC knowledge
Great problem-solving and diplomacy skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Confident spoken English level
Ability to cross the border (possible business trips)

Nice to Have

Experience working with contracts and taking part in contractual negotiations
Experience in building a PM structure
Product management experience
Technical background
Professional certification (PMP, Agile, etc).
