About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager with expertise in.NET/Java to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring collaboration across teams, client satisfaction, and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to ensure client requirements and quality standards are met
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, resolving any deviations
  • Understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions being delivered
  • Identify, track, and manage inter-team and external dependencies
  • Escalate critical risks and issues to stakeholders with clear impact analysis and recommendations
  • Provide regular updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams
  • Act as a liaison between clients and teams for daily or weekly status updates, risks, and issues
  • Lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across Product, Design, Development, and Sprint Demos
  • Create and manage project plans with an understanding of SDLC phases
  • Drive Agile estimation techniques and Agile Metrics implementation
  • Execute projects from backlog identification to production deployment

Requirements

  • 13 to 15 years of overall professional experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in delivery management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; a Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • Expertise in .NET and Java technologies
  • Successful experience in managing mid-sized to large projects and Agile transformations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to engage with key stakeholders
  • Flexibility to oversee cross-functional teams and program dependencies effectively
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies with competency in facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Capability to measure Agile metrics and drive transparency within Scrum teams
  • Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is preferred
  • SAFe certification
