Viseven is looking for a talented and driven Delivery Manager to join our extended Delivery network and contribute to high-impact initiatives across our portfolio. This role is designed for professionals who value flexibility, meaningful challenges, and the opportunity to bring their expertise to projects where strong delivery leadership makes a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
- Perform initial scoping, and analyze incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.).
- Evaluate incoming requests.
- Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis for Customer.
- Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.).
- Coordinate resources, onboard project teams, and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process.
- Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction.
- Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Perform risk management.
- Perform priority management.
- Closely cooperate with Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer.
- Growth and develop customer's channels.
- Gather customer's evaluation of delivery service.
- Improve quality of delivery service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager, Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner, or Project Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good sales skill set and mindset.
- Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects.
- Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems.
- Experience in managing/coordinating projects from proposal to closure.
- Understanding of business policies and procedures.
- Technical background.
- Experience with account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs.
- Flexibility and readiness to participate in business trips, including domestic and international travel, based on project and business needs.
