We are currently seeking a Delivery Operations Associate (Part-time) to join our team in Singapore. This role is crucial in ensuring that our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routing clients' delivery orders
• Assign drivers from the existing driver pool to routes
• Support clients on their orders in a timely manner
• Monitor orders and resolve delivery issues for our clients

Requirements

• Customer Service: Great customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving: Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing needs from clients
• Experience: Experience using different online channels to communicate with clients

Work Schedule

• Minimum 3 days work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
• Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)
• On-the-job Training will be provided
• Hybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)

Salary

S$13 - S$13 an hour
