Delivery Project Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Delivery Project Lead with experience in IT program delivery in Banking/Finance and regulatory compliance to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This role involves adapting to new EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) requirements within our existing IT infrastructure in Corporate Banking and KYC.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Focus on coordinating efforts, managing stakeholders, understanding the big picture, risk management, and removing impediments.
• Project Delivery: Several years of experience delivering IT programs in Banking / Finance and/or regulatory / compliance / KYC.
• Flexibility: Should be able to step in for other non-engineering tasks (BA, testing) if capacity allows.
• Language Proficiency: German language skills required.

Requirements

Must Have

• SDLC Tracking within Scrum Process: Customized framework on top for managing a large HC Team (similar to SAFe).

Nice to Have

• Former Software Developer Experience: Might help.

Languages

• German: B2 Upper Intermediate
• English: C1 Advanced
