Delivery Project Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Delivery Project Lead for our Delivery Project Management team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The role involves managing IT programs in Banking/Finance and regulatory/compliance/KYC.

Responsibilities

• Several years of experience delivering IT programs in Banking / Finance and/or regulatory / compliance / KYC.
• Focus on coordination, stakeholder management, understanding the big picture, risk management, and removing impediments.
• Ability to step in for other non-engineering tasks (BA, testing) if capacity allows.
• German language skills required.

Requirements

Must Have

• SDLC tracking within Scrum process + Customized framework on the top for big HC Team management (similar to SAFe)
• Basic Product Management skills
• Risk Management
• Release Management

Nice to Have

• Former Software Developer experience

Languages

• German: B2 Upper Intermediate
• English: C1 Advanced
