About the Position
Demand Sales（ディマンドセールス）
We are looking for a Demand Sales Manager to join AnyMind Group, driving growth and strategy for our global and Japanese divisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global and Japanese division heads to develop and execute service and business strategies.
- Acquire leads and discover solutions for challenges faced by national clients both domestically and internationally.
- Assign and promote collaboration among internal expert teams and various stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, budgets, KPIs, and other production and management tasks for your own projects and those of your team members.
Requirements
必須要件
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the internet, advertising, or marketing industries.
- Interest and willingness to actively engage in team building and management.

- Experience in industries closely related to advertising or the internet, with a strong desire to acquire new knowledge and information.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
