About the Position
Demand Sales（ディマンドセールス）
We are seeking a Demand Sales candidate with over 3 years of experience in internet, advertising, or marketing to join our team in Tokyo.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global and Japanese department heads (executives) to develop and execute service and business strategies.
- Acquire leads and discover and solve challenges for national clients both domestically and internationally.
- Assign and promote collaboration among various internal expert teams and stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, budgets, KPIs, and other production and management tasks for your own projects and those of your team members.
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in the internet, advertising, or marketing industry.
- Interest and willingness to actively engage in team building and management.

- Experience in industries closely related to advertising or the internet, with a strong desire to learn new knowledge and information.
- Business-level English proficiency.
