Responsibilities

• Ensures the performance of the tasks and functions assigned to the Department
• Monitors and controls the performance by the employees of the Department of official duties, rules of internal labor and official regulations
• Organizes material, technical and resource support of the activities of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies for the provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine
• Controls and takes measures to ensure fire safety in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies for the provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
• Ensures the implementation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs functions for the management of objects of state ownership in accordance with the legislation
• Manages and monitors the radio frequency resource assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
• Organizes interaction, within the competence of the Department, with institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
• Organizes the development and participates in the development of draft laws, other regulatory and administrative acts in the areas of tasks assigned to the Department
• Organizes consideration of appeals of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, officials, requests and appeals of people's deputies of Ukraine, requests for information received by the Department
• Takes part in conducting state and other tests of samples of defense products of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's degree
• Work experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in Ukrainian

Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge of legislation: Constitution of Ukraine; Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and other legislation
• Knowledge of legislation in the field: Land Code of Ukraine; Civil Protection Code of Ukraine; Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”; Law of Ukraine “On Information”; Law of Ukraine “On State Defense Order”; Law of Ukraine “On Management of Objects of State Property”; Law of Ukraine “On Transfer of Objects of State and Communal Property”; Law of Ukraine “On Lease of State and Communal Property”; Law Ukraine “On the introduction of new investment opportunities, guaranteeing the rights and legitimate interests of business entities for large-scale energy modernization”; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08.11.2007 № 1314 “On approval of the procedure for writing off objects of state ownership”

We Offer

• Official salary - 16 000 UAH
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
