Deputy Head of the Department of Methodology of Remuneration and Organization of Social Benefits

About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of civil service category “B” - deputy head of the department of methodology of remuneration and organization of social benefits of the Department of Financial and Accounting Policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes labor legislation
• Prepares methodological materials, certificates, etc., on the issues of remuneration
• Supervises the establishment of salaries, allowances, surcharges, bonuses, etc., for employees
• Carries out control over the status of salary payments
• Prepares draft laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other normative and legal acts relating to wages
• Coordinates draft laws and legal acts prepared by other structural units
• Implements legal acts on the observance of equal rights and opportunities of women and men
• Participates in the elaboration of the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on organizational and staff changes
• Considers and prepares draft responses to requests of People's Deputies of Ukraine, citizens' appeals, etc., on issues of remuneration

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's degree in the field of knowledge “Economics and Entrepreneurship”
• Work experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in Ukrainian

We Offer

• Official salary: 12,100 UAH
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies”
