About the Position
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is holding a tender for the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Psychological Support of the Personnel Department. This role is crucial for ensuring the psychological well-being of Ministry of Internal Affairs employees.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the implementation of certain tasks and functions of the department
- Develops draft legislative and regulatory acts in the areas of work of the department
- Considers appeals from state authorities and local self-government bodies, public associations, enterprises, institutions, and organizations, citizens on issues of competence of the department
- Prepares, on behalf of the management, the necessary informational, analytical, statistical, reference materials, report notes, orders, abstracts for the speeches of the leadership of the Ministry and the Department
- Participates in the preparation of materials for meetings, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, press conferences, briefings in the areas of psychological support of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Minister, the main body of the military department of the National Guard of Ukraine, higher institutions educational and research institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
- Monitors compliance by employees of the department with the rules of internal service regulations, current legislation, and regulations
- Keeps records, analyzes, and summarizes information on the work carried out on psychological support of combatants and their family members, rehabilitation of ATO participants, psychosocial assistance to families of hostages and victims, and provides proposals for optimizing psychological support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
Requirements
- Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's degree in psychology
- Work Experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years
- Proficiency in the State Language: Fluency in the state language

We Offer
- Official salary - 12,100 UAH
- Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
- Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
