About the Role

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager - Technical Services with a strong background in concrete mix design. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the most suitable Sika admixture is approved with Sika customers, including ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and precast producers. If standard admixtures do not meet customer requirements, the candidate should be able to suggest modifications in the concrete mix design or, as a last option, in the admixture formulation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through key customers by analyzing potential and ensuring plans turn into actions through qualitative and quantified action plans.
• Network and build relationships with existing and potential customers to support the development of concrete and ensure customer retention.
• Ensure sales and collection of payments, C-forms against sales from targeted markets to generate above-market growth and maintain acceptable profit levels.
• Achieve and improve market and customer penetration as per the plan.
• Take responsibility for the sales and marketing of Sika products to target customers/markets, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Apply concrete know-how within the company and relevant sales and service organizations.
• Ensure the promotional mix matches market needs and achieve standardization of the product portfolio and optimal customer value.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and relevant business data as instructed by superiors.
• Maintain discipline at the branch level and ensure the implementation of Sika’s 8 rules.
• Perform and supervise any special tasks as per Sika’s needs and instructions from superiors.

Requirements

• Education: BE Civil / Diploma in Civil
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience
